  Shiro (Connor)

Congratulations to Gilbert and I for surviving our 1st
week as the PROUD PARENTS OF KURO-NINJA
(Black-Warrior) AND SHIRO-HANA (White-Flower)
YOSHIDA!!! Lol

They have been just wonderful together sharing a
daily walk through our neighborhood, at Petsmart,
and having fun at play with us and each other....
Now I can't remember what life was like before we
got Kuro almost a year ago and Shiro just a week
ago??? Their temperament is perfect for one
another, other people, other animals and us!!! I
think I am going to take them to Hollywood for a
screen test; so that Gilbert and I can retire and just
manage their careers for the next 15 years.... Lol
They get far too much attention for FREE!!!

Thanks to a Passion For Paws our family is now
complete; atleast until our grandkids come....I
CAN'T WAIT FOR THAT TO HAPPEN TOO!!!

God Bless,
Gilbert & Deborah

Hi guys,

We just got back from our before bed walk, he is so
amazing outside!! I am just blown away by the
psychology of him, and I see what you mean that
there is absolutely not a mean bone in his body. I
am amazed that he is so trusting of me so quickly,
yet my heart hurts that he has had such a hard life!!
I quickly discovered that this sweet boy LOVES to be
massaged, so for most of our time together so far,
all I have to do is sit on the floor and he lands
ummediately in my lap!!

Thank you soooo much, he has stolen our hearts!!!

  Hi,

I received the shot records via fax last week.
Koa is calming down with the separation a
little more every day. He is sleeping next to
me in the store right now. Last week I had to
go on a field trip, so he stayed at local
animal hospital, they have a nice boarding
area. They said he was fine. In the evening I
hire a babysitter to come over and watch
him while I am in school. He does not get
along with big dogs, but is fine with smaller
ones. The smaller the better. The store next
to me has a Chihuahua, they love each
other. He gently grooms her with little nibles
on her back and tail and she seems very
smitten with her big friend. The dog park is
our morning ritual, he gets plenty of exercise
there and walks. He is great with the people
that come in the store, I monitor the contact
closely, but he adores being the center of
attention. It is just the bigger dog situation
that does not work well right now. Everything
in its own time. He automatically sits before
we go in and out of the door now, waits for
me and then comes. He is fine on lead now,
except when there is a dog near, but
improving every day. Everyone loves him.
…He's perfect.

  Muko

Muko is our proud male Akita. Prestigious Majestic
and Handsome, King Muko possesses a
disposition second to none. Although a larger 114
pound Akita and able to leap tall buildings in a
single bound - Muko is docile with his owners and
most visitors. He is a gentle giant with the ability to
protect his family without pause. His markings are
incredibly well proportioned with a full hood of Black
covering his beautiful block head.

His colors are true pinto white and solid black. His
tail is double curled and still at a bit over one year
has not fully grown to his final size or weight! He
still has a lot of growing to do! He has a superb
stance and appears to have come from an
impressive pedigree of champion bloodlines.
Although we do not know, as we found Muko at an
Akita Rescue who had rescued him after the pound
picked him up roaming the streets.

Muko is catching up on his training  quite well as he
learns quickly and we have a wonderful time going
through his training process with him, even if he
does get bored quickly (as of course Akitas think
they already know it all). Muko is great with children
and people in general. Muko does not tolerate other
male canine species his own size - typical of an
Akita.
